CEF Info Session for UFAZ students

On September 19, UFAZ Career Center (CEF) Coordinator Sevda Ismayilova had an insightful meeting with a diverse group of 3rd year students.

She emphasized the importance of being proactive in planning one's career path and urged students to reflect on their skills, interests, and goals. One of the highlights of the presentation was the discussion on resume building and job search strategies. Sevda provided practical tips on crafting effective resumes, creating an impressive online presence, and navigating the job market. Her insights into networking, both in person and online, were particularly valuable, as she stressed the significance of building professional relationships.

Furthermore, Sevda encouraged students to explore internships, volunteer opportunities, and other experiential learning opportunities to enhance their skill sets and gain valuable experience. She also shed light on the various resources available at the university's Career Center, including career counseling, job fairs, and alumni networks, all designed to support students in their career journeys.
