UFAZ Alumnus Won First Place at “Social Hackathon Umbria 2025”

From July 3 to 6, the “Social Hackathon Umbria 2025” event was held in the town of Spello, Italy, bringing together impactful digital projects within the framework of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). A 2025 graduate of the French-Azerbaijani University (UFAZ), majoring in Computer Science, Aziz Zeynalli, participated in the event and presented his project.

The project titled “Primob”, jointly developed by Aziz Zeynalli, Sahib Rzayev, Lyne Reath, and Ahmet Saim Yılmaz, aimed to support migrants in better integrating into the European job market, while also enabling Europe to benefit from hidden human potential.

Among over 200 applications from Europe and other regions, only 12 teams advanced to the finals, and Aziz Zeynalli’s team stood out with their project. At the end of the event, the “Primob” project won 1st place and was awarded the title of “Best Digital Innovator for Diversity.”
