UFAZ at the 10th SPE Annual Caspian Technical Conference in Baku

French-Azerbaijani University participated at the 10th SPE Annual Caspian Technical Conference in Baku (21-23 November 2023). The rector of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University, Vazeh Asgarov, participated in the opening of the exhibition. Industry luminaries and thought leaders convened to explore the dynamic landscape of the sector's digital future within the conference.

It is noteworthy that the only higher education institution participating in the exhibition was the French-Azerbaijani University. Latifa Nasibova, Acting Executive Director of UFAZ was among the distinguished speakers of the Strategic Panel Session 2 and shared her expertise on the academic facets of the oil and gas sector, contributing valuable insights to the discourse. The conference served as a nexus for major E&P players from across the region, fostering discussions on the latest industry developments, cutting-edge technologies, and digital advancements.
