UFAZ FEST Held as Part of UFAZ’s 10th Anniversary Celebrations
On June 6, UFAZ FEST, dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the French-Azerbaijani University (UFAZ), was held under the organization of the UFAZ Music Club.
The event took place at the Opera Studio of the Baku Music Academy as part of UFAZ’s anniversary program. The festival aimed to showcase students’ creative potential, bring together the university community, and contribute to the development of a vibrant cultural environment among young people.
More than 600 participants attended the event, including the management of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) and UFAZ, academic and administrative staff, students, alumni, as well as other guests.
The main highlight of the event was the concert program entitled “This Music May Contain Hope”, prepared by the UFAZ Music Club and Psychology Club. Developed by students, the project conveyed themes of hope, self-expression, emotional well-being, and inner strength through music and art in the context of the fast pace and challenges of the modern world. Bringing together music, stage performance, and visual arts, the concert consisted of sections inspired by the four seasons. The program featured various musical performances, live acts, theatrical scenes, and visual presentations.
In addition to demonstrating students’ initiative, teamwork, and creativity, UFAZ FEST also highlighted the contribution of student clubs to university life.
It should be noted that UFAZ is celebrating its 10th anniversary through a series of scientific, cultural, and social events. UFAZ FEST became one of the most remarkable events of the anniversary program and was met with great appreciation by the audience.
