UFAZ Student Admitted to PhD-Track Program in France with Full Funding

We are delighted to announce that Ramin Rustamov, student of the French-Azerbaijani University, has been accepted into the PhD-Track Program in Advanced Materials at the prestigious Institut Polytechnique de Paris, one of the top research institutions in Europe.
Ramin was awarded full competitive funding amounting to €103,000 over a 5-year period, making this a fully supported academic and research journey. The program includes two years of a Master’s in Chemistry and Interfaces, followed by three years of doctoral research focused on advanced materials - a field that bridges chemistry, physics, and materials science.
This PhD-track program is known for its selectivity and interdisciplinary approach, attracting high-achieving candidates from fields such as Chemistry, Physics, and Mechanical Engineering. It offers early integration into high-level research environments and is designed to prepare students for leadership roles in academia and industry.
Despite being accepted into 11 international universities and receiving several scholarship nominations, Ramin made a conscious and passionate choice to join IP Paris, prioritizing a long-term commitment to scientific research.
