UFAZ Student Becomes a Winner of Humay’s “From Dream to Reality” Scholarship Competition

Aliya Kurmayeva, a Chemical Engineering student at the French-Azerbaijani University (UFAZ), has been announced as one of the winners of Humay’s “From Dream to Reality” (Spring 2026) Scholarship Competition.

A total of 74 applications were submitted to the competition, which was organized for young people studying or planning to pursue bachelor's, master's, or PhD degrees in Azerbaijan and abroad. Following the technical evaluation stage, 12 candidates were selected as winners based on the results of the interview stage.

Although the competition initially envisaged selecting four winners, the number was increased to 12 by the Board of Trustees in recognition of the candidates’ outstanding performance and the availability of additional funding. Each winner received a scholarship of AZN 2,500.
