UFAZ Students Awarded France Excellence Eiffel Scholarship 2026
Students of the French-Azerbaijani University (UFAZ) have achieved outstanding success by being awarded five prestigious France Excellence Eiffel Scholarship 2026 provided by the French Embassy.
Among the scholarship recipients are UFAZ Master’s student in Chemical Engineering Budagov Zaur, Petroleum Engineering and Reservoir Geology students Kazimova Lala and Yolchiyev Parvin, Geosciences and Geophysical Engineering student Rzayeva Inji, and Computer Science student Yavarova Emiliya.
Each year, the best students from Azerbaijan are selected for this highly competitive scholarship program.
The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program was established by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to support French higher education institutions in attracting outstanding international students to Master’s and PhD programs in France.
The program aims to prepare future international leaders in both the public and private sectors in priority areas of study.
Within the framework of the scholarship, selected students will have the opportunity to continue their studies in France for a period of 10 months. Scholarship recipients will receive a monthly stipend of €900, while students under the age of 28 will additionally benefit from social assistance.
This achievement once again highlights the academic excellence of UFAZ students and the university’s strong international educational environment.
