UFAZ students secured 2nd and 3rd places in the Hackathon organized by PASHA Insurance and Baku Higher Oil School

Two teams of UFAZ students secured 2nd and 3rd places in the Hackathon organized by PASHA Insurance OJSC and Baku Higher Oil School!

The team consisting of Orkhan Abdullayev secured 2nd place and aimed to simplify the post-accident process for drivers. They developed a system leveraging computer vision algorithms using Detectron2.

The "Eclipse" team, comprising Narmin Mustafali, Shams Gadirli, and Amina Ismayilzada, secured 3rd place and aims to innovate in the insurance technology space, finding new ways to leverage technology for better insurance services. They have developed an application that tracks and analyzes driver behavior using a range of criteria, and based on this analysis, it assigns a status to each driver.
