UFAZ Students Successfully Complete Summer School in France

Students of the French-Azerbaijani University (UFAZ) have successfully completed the annual Summer School hosted by the University of Strasbourg (Unistra) in Strasbourg, France, and have returned to Azerbaijan.

As part of the two-week programme, 41 UFAZ students had the opportunity to study in an international academic environment, acquire new knowledge and skills, and further develop their practical French language proficiency.

Throughout the Summer School, students attended French language classes, participated in conversation clubs, and took part in practical sessions at the University of Strasbourg’s modern teaching and research laboratories. They also worked on various academic projects under the guidance of professors, preparing presentations and posters while strengthening their teamwork and research skills.

As part of the programme, the participants visited Strasbourg’s historical and cultural landmarks, gaining first-hand insight into France’s rich cultural heritage. In addition, the students visited the European Parliament, where they learned more about the work of European institutions.

Organised annually, the UFAZ Summer School not only supports students’ academic development but also provides them with valuable international experience, opportunities to engage with different cultures, and a broader global perspective.
