Unistra Professor visited ASOIU

On September 14, Coordinator of Chemical Engineering Master Program and Research Expert of French-Azerbaijani University (UFAZ), Unistra Professor Christophe Serra visited Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU).

Professor Serra delivered a seminar on "How to prepare a successful PhD thesis" to the PhD candidates, teachers of ASOIU.

The seminar covered a range of topics such as research methodology, time management and planning, effective resource utilization, thesis structure and organization, etc. to help students understand the process of conducting research and writing a doctoral dissertation effectively. At the end, questions of the participants were answered.

Christophe Serra attended the meeting with Associate Professor Vazeh Asgarov, Acting Rector of ASOIU. The meeting was attended by Latifa Nasibova, Head of the Education Department of UFAZ, and Elizaveta Bydanova, Secretary General of UFAZ. Welcoming the guest Associate Professor Vazeh Asgarov highlighted that ASOIU is aiming for great achievements as a scientific-research institution and talked about prospect activities in this direction.

During the meeting scientific research, scientific directions, as well as the possible directions on the efficiency and effectiveness of scientific research were discussed.
