UFAZ to Host a Research Seminar on the Role of Process Engineering in the Oil & Gas Industry

On November 5, the French-Azerbaijani University (UFAZ) will hold its next research seminar, featuring Habib Babayev, an engineer at bp, on the topic “Process Engineering Awareness”. The seminar will explore the importance of process engineering in the Oil & Gas industry, its key areas of activity, and the career opportunities it offers to graduates of the Chemical Engineering program.

Habib Babayev holds a Master of Science degree in the Oil Industry from IFP School in Paris. Throughout his professional career, he has been involved in various projects across Europe, Africa and the Middle East, working in operations and facilities management, engineering, technical support and advisory services. With more than 27 years of experience in the international Oil & Gas industry, he currently serves as a Major Projects Operations Engineer at bp.

During the seminar, participants will have the opportunity to ask the speaker questions and exchange ideas with him. A special question prepared by Habib Babayev will also be presented, and the participant who provides the best answer will receive a gift. The event will conclude with a networking session, providing participants with an opportunity to connect and exchange experiences and ideas.
