About event

As part of the 10th anniversary of the French-Azerbaijani University (UFAZ), an open scientific discussion titled "Computing for the Next Decade: High-Performance, Scalable, and Explainable Intelligence" will be held. During the event, Dr. Ulviya Abdulkarimova, Dr. Ali Khudiyev, and Dr. Yusif Ibrahimov will share their expert insights on advanced optimization, continual learning, and algorithmic explainability through a series of scientific reports.

The panel discussion will analyze how adaptive architectures and dynamic learning systems will reshape our approach to complex problem-solving – from computer vision and NLP to the nuances of human-machine interaction and object recognition. The session will address the critical challenges of maintaining model performance over time and the necessity of "opening the black box" through explainable AI. These discussions will also seek answers on how Computer Science education should evolve to bridge the gap between high-performance scalability and human-centric transparency.

Guests attending the event can expect comprehensive information on the future of intelligent systems, the achievements of PhD researchers in the field, as well as opportunities for strategic partnerships between academia and the tech industry.
