UFAZ Graduate Won the Human Capital Development Program

The first cohort of the Human Capital Development training program, implemented at the VISTAR Center of Excellence through the initiative of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA) and in partnership with Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), Azercosmos, and the Holon Institute of Technology, has concluded with the Graduation Day and final project presentations.

Within the framework of the 7-week intensive program, seven teams consisting of 32 participants were formed. The teams developed innovative, technology-driven solutions in the fields of urban planning, emergency response, oil and gas, environmental protection, agriculture, and rescue operations. Throughout the program, participants received training from six experienced instructors and took part in various project-based activities, presentations, and practical assignments.

At the final stage, based on the decision of the jury, the Pipeye team, which included Jala Mustafayeva, a graduate of the Geosciences and Geophysical Engineering program at the French-Azerbaijani University (UFAZ), was announced as the winner of the program. During the program, Jala Mustafayeva distinguished herself by winning two pitching challenges: one based on a Rolex case study, and the final presentation stage held before a jury panel, which secured victory for the Pipeye project. The project attracted special attention for its strong problem definition, innovative approach, and practical application potential.

In addition to enhancing technical knowledge, the program also provided a strong environment for networking and collaboration. At the end of the program, all participants were awarded certificates.
