UFAZ Graduates Received Their Diplomas from the University of Strasbourg
On October 16, a ceremony was held to present diplomas from the University of Strasbourg, France, to this year's graduates of the French-Azerbaijani University (UFAZ). The event brought together graduates from the Bachelor’s programs in Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, and Geosciences and Geophysical Engineering, as well as the Master’s programs in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, Physical Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, and Geosciences.
The ceremony began with opening remarks by UFAZ Executive Director Vazeh Asgarov and Secretary General Martin Godon. Following this, one of the graduates, Ali Guliyev, who completed his Master’s in Geosciences, delivered a speech sharing his experience and highlighting how the knowledge gained at UFAZ will contribute to his future career. Afterward, all graduates from the various programs were invited on stage to receive their diplomas.
In the next part of the event, Samra Shiriyeva, Head of the Education Department, presented the student cards of the University of Strasbourg to first-year (L0) students.
The ceremony showcased the strong academic collaboration between UFAZ and the University of Strasbourg, highlighting the international recognition of UFAZ diplomas and the university’s ongoing mission to nurture future leaders.
