The chemistry lecturer at the Azerbaijan-French University (UFAZ), Ph.D., Associate Professor Dunya Babanli, had a scientific visit to France. The trip was organized with the support of the French Embassy.

The main purpose of the visit was to enhance scientific collaboration between UFAZ, the University of Strasbourg (UNISTRA), and the National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS), as well as to plan future joint research endeavors. During the scientific visit, she participated at UNISTRA laboratory lessons, also conducted research under the guidance of Professor Filip Turekin at the Institute of Physics and Chemistry of Materials (IPCMS) of CNRS and also at the Center for Optical and Magnetic Properties of Molecular Materials (POMAM). She gained valuable insights into the ongoing research activities and familiarized herself with the existing facilities.

It is noteworthy that Fuad Sefarov, a joint doctoral student of Dunya Babanli and IPCMS, is from Azerbaijan. Throughout the visit, D. Babanli held meetings with Dr. Bohdan Kundys, a research scientist in the "Magnetic Materials in Nanotechnology" laboratory at IPCMS, discussing the experimental research of their joint doctoral student Fuad Sefarov and exploring possibilities for future collaboration within the framework of these research activities.
