UFAZ Student Selected for bp’s Future Female Talent Scholarship Programme

Aydan Baghirova, a Chemical Engineering student at the French-Azerbaijani University (UFAZ), has been selected as a recipient of bp’s 2026 Future Female Talent Scholarship Programme.

Designed for female students graduating in 2028, the programme aims to support the academic and professional development of young women aspiring to build careers in the energy sector. In addition to financial support, the initiative offers participants opportunities to enhance their industry knowledge and skills, expand their professional networks, and gain valuable insights into career opportunities in the energy industry.

As part of the programme, participants will learn about bp’s operations and strategic objectives, take part in various learning and development activities, collaborate with their peers on projects, and acquire new knowledge and practical skills.
