UFAZ students clinched 1st and 2nd places at the USG APEX Hackathon

Students from UFAZ clinched both 1st and 2nd places at the USG APEX Hackathon, which was organized by ADA University, PASHA Life, and AzInTelecom on March 1st and 2nd. The team named 'Enigma', comprising UFAZ students Abid Gurbanov, Vusal Shirinbayli, and Rafig Hajili secured the top position. Furthermore, 'Optimum', another team of UFAZ students consisting of Yusif Askari, Aziz Zeynalli, Ziraddin Ismayilov, and Agil Zakariya, claimed the 2nd place. The 1st place winners were awarded 2500 manats, while the runners-up received 1500 manats.
A total of 95 teams from universities across Azerbaijan applied. The top 10 teams had the distinguished opportunity to present their innovative ideas to a panel of jurors from Pasha Life and AzInTelecom. Their mission was to address challenges within the Life Insurance industry by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and devising innovative solutions.
