The main goal of this prestigious program, implemented by TotalEnergies EP Absheron in cooperation with the French Embassy, is to identify high-potential candidates in Azerbaijan and support the training of personnel in accordance with the needs of the future energy sector. Each candidate was tested on both technical knowledge and language proficiency during the selection process. Within the framework of the scholarship program, the winners will pursue their master's degrees in their respective specialties at French universities during the 2026-2028 academic years.

This program provides opportunities not only for enhancing academic knowledge but also for students to specialize in modern technological fields such as renewable energy, artificial intelligence, and materials for the future. TotalEnergies EP Absheron provides each winning student with financial support for monthly living and transportation expenses in France. All selected candidates hold the status of French Government Scholars.

It should be noted that since 2020, through the initiative of TotalEnergies EP Absheron and the French Embassy, 29 UFAZ graduates have received scholarships to pursue master's degrees in France for the 2020-2022, 2022-2024, and 2024-2026 periods, in addition to one graduate who was awarded a doctoral scholarship.

The graduates who won scholarships for the 2020-2022 and 2022-2024 periods have already started their professional careers or are continuing their education at the PhD level. The students studying for the 2024-2026 period will graduate this year.
