Annual Earth Science Mixer Event was held at UFAZ

On February 21, the Geoscience Department of French-Azerbaijani University organized its annual Earth Science Mixer event. During the event, the achievements of the past year in both education and research by students and staff were presented. Representatives of various organizations such as bp, Azercosmos, Azerbaijan Energy Regulatory Agency, Azerbaijan Engineers Union, SOCAR Geophysics and Geology Department, Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan, SEG, Caspian Geophysical LLC, and etc. participated the event.

UFAZ Coordinator of Earth Science Program Professor Clara Jodry and UFAZ invited Professor Damien Lemarchand greeted the guests and delivered a presentation about study programmes and research projects in Earth Sciences.

Later UFAZ students presented their scientific posters to the guests.

The main goal of the event was to express gratitude to the partners for supporting the UFAZ Geosciences department morally, administratively, and financially.
