The next phase of UFAZ’s project "Empowering Girls in Engineering" has concluded

The next phase of UFAZ’s project "Empowering Girls in Engineering" has concluded. As part of the project, meetings were held with students from 5 different schools. Workshops were provided, and tests were presented to the students. Based on the results of these tests, students with the highest scores were selected for a visit to UFAZ's laboratories. The students were introduced to the laboratories and participated in various scientific experiments. The project aims to create conditions for young girls to see engineering as a successful profession and career opportunity, to restore gender balance in the STEM field where women are underrepresented, and to eliminate the negative stereotypes formed in this field.
