UFAZ Psychology Club Held an Interactive Session on “The Psychology of a Leader”

The Psychology Club of the French-Azerbaijani University (UFAZ) successfully organized an interactive session titled “Psychology of a Leader,” led by psychologist Aysel Abdullayeva.

During the event, participants took part in a leader type determination test and a team survival activity set on a fictional island. These engaging exercises encouraged students to explore their personal leadership traits and apply teamwork in a simulated decision-making environment.

Through interactive discussions and collaborative problem-solving, students gained insights into different leadership styles, decision-making strategies, and the psychological foundations of effective leadership.

The session proved to be both insightful and dynamic, helping participants develop a deeper understanding of their own leadership potential while fostering communication and cooperation among peers.
