UFAZ student among the winners of the scholarship by Azergold CJSC!

On February 27, AzerGold CJSC held an award ceremony for the winners of the IV Scholarship Program for university and vocational school students, along with the presentation of the textbook Mining Topography.

The event was attended by Zakir Ibrahimov, Chairman of the Board of AzerGold, Kenan Karimzade, Deputy Minister of Science and Education, Jeyhun Karimov, Director of the State Agency for Vocational Education, as well as university rectors and students.

Since its launch in 2021, the AzerGold Scholarship Program has supported talented students specializing in industrial and mining fields, aiming to enhance their education, skills, and career readiness. To date, 38 university students and 37 vocational students have been awarded scholarships and engaged in practical training at AzerGold.This year, 10 university students and 2 vocational students became recipients of the scholarship, including Zahid Gadirov, a 4th-year Geological and Geophysical Engineering student at UFAZ.
