Registration Documents

Newly admitted students are required to submit the following documents to the UFAZ academic building in order to complete the registration process:

• Two copies of the national ID card;
• Original secondary school diploma (Applicants who have not yet received their diploma must submit a signed and stamped certificate issued by their secondary school.);
• Copy of the State Examination Center (SEC) exam result;
• Curriculum Vitae (CV);
• Four 3×4 cm passport-size photographs;
• Medical certificate and one copy;
• Copies of supporting documents confirming the applicant's status, if applicable (internally displaced person (IDP), child of a war veteran with a disability, orphan or child deprived of parental care, or member of a martyr's family);
• Copy of the Military Registration Certificate (for male applicants).
